CMS win NHS Yorkshire design account

E-mail

CMS has earned a place on the coveted NHS Yorkshire and the HUmber CPC Framework agreement announced today. Our Leeds agency is one of a very small number of design agencies to win a place on the agreement which runs until at least 2013.

The relationship between CMS and the NHS goes back over twenty years and the agency enjoys a number of long standing contracts with predominently southern based Trusts. Andrew Batty, Managing Director said he was delighted that the agency would now be working wiith many more Yorkshire Trusts: ' We're steeped in NHS culture and in helping NHS Trusts solve so many complex marketing problems from recruitment advertising to local healthcare initiatives, from roadshows to staff awards, from newsletters to Patient Choice. The awarding committee recognised this contribution over the years and realised we could really contibute to design initatives with the trusts on this contract.

CMS unveil new website

E-mail

Leeds and London based Creative Marketing Services has launched its latest website on its www.cmsadvertising.co.uk Designed by Steve Guilfoyle and built by Matthew Batt, the site is a content management site enabling it to be kept up to date far easier than the site it replaced.

Managing Director Andrew Batty commented 'our previous site was long due for an overhaul but just like the old saying that the cobbler's childrens shoes were often the last to be repaired, our own web needs take second place to clients' needs. We think the new site instantly conveys our capabilities and is much easier to find your way around. Now we begin the second stage which is populating it with good recent material'

The site is one of three that Creative Marketing Services has. The reason for three? Three fishing lines in a river catch more fish than one. Our other sites are www.creativemarketingservices.co.uk and www.cmsrecruitment.co.uk for the agency's specialist recruitment advertising arm

CMS offers an online PR service

E-mail

Creative Marketing Services has launched an Online PR service to answer the increasing demand by organisations to have up to date social networking content. For a low monthly fee, CMS will set up and update sites on Linked In, Facebook and Twitter as well as creating a company blog.

Managing Director Andrew Batty explained that creating such sites was one thing, keeping them updated was quite another: 'There is nothing that looks quite so bad as a website that hasn't been touched or updated for months or a Twitter feed or blog that has not been refreshed in months. The whole benefit of such sites is being able to extol up to date news. Many companies create social networking sites but then either don't know how to update them or lose interest in doing so. The benefit of our new service is that we take care of updating blogs, Twitter and Linked in/Facebook. We write the content after taking soundings and following standing instructions from the client and submit the newsworthy items to online news websites and traditional media through conventional press releases'.

Creating content and news-worthy content is a skill. Many companies have difficulty identifying the sort of story that editors and readers find interesting. The CMS team will undertake this ensuring that a client keeps a high public profile, and its frequently updated blog and tweets will support and improve its natural search listings.
