Creative Marketing Services are delighted to announce that we have expanded our team of Account Managers with the appointment of Sarah Ball.
Offering a wealth of experience through previous positions in media sales at Newsquest Media Group and Johnston Press, Sarah has joined our recruitment advertising department with responsibility for a number of major accounts. She will be planning print and online recruitment advertising, employer branding and candidate attraction for some of the UK’s busiest HR departments.
Sarah said: “The employer brand has never been more important. When considering prospective employers, candidates are increasingly thinking ‘what would it do for my image if I worked for you?’ Those companies which understand the importance of the employer brand attract and retain better staff.”
